I agree, his actual recordings were better, all the stuff since he has died is just vocals he recorded that were not used, so there just thrown together, not writen to the beat by pac, thats why imo the stuff after he died is not as good, but suge is broke, and death row is dead, so he's got to make money some how

100 precent agree, if it wasnt good enough for pacs standards when he was alive, why should it be good enough now he's dead ? your rite, especially in the rap business, there is usually more vocals left over from a recording session than vocals that get used, and that is what were hearing on all the latest stuff, but as i said above, blame suge, he's the one putting it out there and making money off it.
