Blast from the past, that was an awesome trip to the ring, still one of the best holidays ive ever had, despite the very obvious damage to my car in that pic, lol

No, that looks a big enough whack so far to give you a headache for a few hours, especially where you met with the ironworks.

Any more pics you can (or want to) ping up.

ha, i see. Yep that confirms it was a bit of a bump!

She looks like she is flying on the last pic - almost literally with her offside front in the air.

Can certainly see the size of impact in some of those.

You can see the shape of the armco in this one!

No mate, I had to leave a 50 euro deposit (they took me to a cashpoint at the museum to get it and thats when the utter bollocks from ben lovejoy about me apparently being taken to a police station came from cause someone saw me in the police car ) while they looked into it, but no action was taken agaisnt me at all and my insurance company paid all the costs.

all speculation of course.

I didnt know anything about the police i was just wondering as im sure i herd/read that if you crash on the ring its a Ł1000 to be toed off and you get billed for whatever you damage in the crash and if bad enough that they have to shut the track then its even more?

No mate, drove back off the track, to the carpark where an official directed me to go and chat to the lads in the office, who then took me round to identify where I crashed so they could make up a load of bollocks about how much armco I damaged (standard practice with UK cars, lol)

The person who ran off into the woods was Sean Forsyth after he smacked up the "Japs Eye" suzuki swift, I think somehow people confused the stories when they told you? dunno.
