just thought id say another thanks to rob and everyone working at SCC (St Albans) .

had a prob with the golf and thought the best person to ring is Rob . rung friday and he managed to book it in for today which i thought was brillant . then rung me by 12 o clock today to say it was all sorted . it was a idling prob on my VR6 , but as usual nothing is a prob for SCC. many thanks for the rapid service Rob and All

in my opinion the best way of advertising is word of mouth and the best way to see how different garages are is to read what people write . people recieve good and bad services from everywhere but its important to always pass on your experiences due the statisics of for everyone one person you tell of a good experience , you will tell 25 of a bad experience . peopel usually dont right many "thank topics" cos they think they are just getting what they have paid for ( good service from a firm etc) . but if they feel they have recieved a crap deal they scream and shout till the cows come home !
