Were is there in croydon or about this way that i can weigh a couple of scrap motors i seem 2 have collected in?
What do u get for them now days ? (there little hatch backs an old polo and old micra)
Im in greatpark warrlingham so the nearer the better!

If you weigh a car in nowadays mate you usually have to pay them to take it.

 

If you are talking of scraping them both, speak to your council.

I scrapped a Micra (free of charge) with Croydon council.

 

fuck that,,, theres a place called bryantwoods in tottenham that paied a mate of mine 100 weigh in for a volvo that failed a MOT

hes trying to get cars and take em down there,,,, think thats the problem though is you have to take them there though

 

My local scrappers are paying Ł100 a tonne as of this week.
My mate weighed in a supra that i sold him a couple of weeks ago and got Ł100 as it weighed 1400 kgs on the old price.

 

You can weigh it in at Nebbits (SP?) in Mitcham (Willow Lane industrial estate).
