I keep getting calls from this number 07053517874 it rings for a split second then stops, I rang the number back and the Orange message said the call I was about to make would cost me more than I would think???

I guess this is a scam??

 

not sure but 1 of my freinds phone does it aswell the number starts in 0705 too
