Do I have any Legal Recourse?
A well known Financial Recruitment agency has just forwarded my 'unedited' cv to my current employer, dropping me right in the shit.
What can I do?

what does that mean? you fudged one??
did your current employer ask to see this off them? if they did its your fault for fudging? idf thats what you did??!!
if the agency have just sent it then have they an issue with you? why would anyone want to stitch you up

Its a mistake on the agencys part, but a fucking big one AFAIC
