I'm guessing you want M10 nuts, with 14mm shoulders? Don't know if you get to specify the spanner size, but your local hardware store or engineering supplies company should have them to buy loose from the box and they will be able to tell you for sure.

Also, their price should be about 1/10th or less compared to a motor dealer price, and no postage costs for getting nuts mailed to you.

why do they need to be 14mm across the flats?

because the 17mm standard ones won,t fit in the turbo housing i,m using.
