Hey there after some advice peeps.

On Monday myself and Josh were involved in a car crash - car pulled out on us and we hit it at 30mph.
Been docs and have been told i have whiplash and muscles in my stomach are tender due to the seat belt anyways, my mate who was driving is sueing for her injuys.
The guys insurance is sending one of their guys round to see us 2moro an make a offer to us, to see if we can go thru them instead of solicitors etc. If we accept, we can get a payment in 5 days, obvisouly its gonna be low but i dunno what to do? Is it worth fighting for and waiting?
I just wanna go out an treat josh, pure thing is still really shook up and gets freaked out when he goes into a car.

My brother in law got £2500 for a whip lash claim and it took 18 months..... gives you a rough figure to go by at least.
