Anyone know employment law???
In laymans terms ......
Person off on the sick, gets told on the MONDAY 1st they are getting paid,
Then recieve a letter the following week dated on the FRIDAY 5th they were stopped being paid on WEDNESDAY 3rd.
Basically, is it illegal for them to tell you after the date of stopping your wage that they are stopping your wage?
