I'll be up for this. I have been to scooby meets before which started at Ruislip Golf Club and we all had a little drive to the horse and barge to finish off.

sounds great, just give them a ring thats what i did last time, just said we aint gunna go racing round your car park etc just a friendly car club coming to have a few drinks and a laugh is that ok, response was something like yeah sure more money you spend the better

maybe someone could post a notice up on the motor club message board in the SU, might get some members?
sounds like you're already sorted for a venue - if it don't work out, there's a couple of pubs in Iver that are easy to get to, and The Crooked Billet on the roundabout between Iver and Slough somewhere is good too (can't remember details, haven't been there for over 8 years now
