Deffo sleepy course! Always used to nap in the afternoon!! Am Microsoft qualified now but as Ranj said, the money isnt really in it for desktop support anymore. Electronic Trading support all the way mate.

yeah if its free you may as well do it.... I didn't pay either!!!! And got free lunch vouchers for the time i was on the course!!! (or beer tokens!)

If you have got to pay the full whack i wouldn't bother. Do a more specialist course depending on what you want to do.....

worth while id say not

not if you do desktop support allready

the exam is about how you interact with users mainly common sense and if you have been doing the job allready its like teaching you to suck eggs.

id do the Supporting and Implementing windows XP course much more technical informative and do the exam and you gain a MCP and one exam towards an MCSE
