Default Computer help needed

Can someone tell me how I can save my screen picture so I can e mail it to someone. Say if I wanted to take a freeze frame of this page if you know what I mean. Peeps usually do it when they have to prove their high score when games are posted up

Cheers in advance

Paul

Another little tip, when saving the picture make sure you change the file type from BMP to JPG, the file size will be half the size then, which will mean much quicker sending it over msn or uploading onto photobucket

save the file to the location you want and then change the type of picture you are saving it as in the drop down menu

try saving a pic in jpeg and then in bmp format and see how much difference there is between the 2 of them

also, if you want to shrink the pic in paint, press ctrl "W" and it will allow you to stretch/skew the picture

just put in 30% vaules in the top 2 boxes and it will shrink the pic down from possibly 3mb to about 50 kb
