Cool

Paul be a star and show me a pic of the spanner/tool used to tighten the centre lock. Im finding it hard to picture how you'd torque them up right!

Is it like a huge socket or what??

Cheers

Cheers lads!

I keep visualising the wheel type key that TSW used to provide, like on a set of Imolas I used to have

It would be good to see the real deal!

Thnk about it mate ,,why would one big nut come undone any easier than 4 little ones

Plus the drivers side is a Left hand thread

No split pins

yeah i agree but its a bit worrying you only get the 1 chance to do it up as there aint 3 more to hold the wheel on if you forget

I was kinda wondering the same !!!!!

Seems like you have a small fortune's worth of seriously nice cars so there must be rather good money in breaking old cossie's and the like !!

Seem like a top bloke and all and never hear you bragging about the cars you have, unlike certain other users on here ( well one in particular )

Lol,
I was paintshop manager for one of the biggest coach building companies in the world , over 100 painters to meet the production targets , now that takes some looking after , but the wages reflected

I also run the finish department for the same company , responsible for getting busses and coaches to the customers on time ,, you only have to think about the shit that hit the fan if mr WA didnt get his 30 or so coaches when he wanted them
A great job that paid very very well , but i did many hours and had a lot of stress , but it was a great job that put me in a very nice financial possition
I worked hard at a very young age and never lived beyond my means , i never had a credit card or even a cheque book until i started NYRS Spares

I feel for the youngsters today as house prices have made life quite a bit harder than i had it when i was starting out

I still live in my first house , a 3 bed semi in the country with a massive garage and quite a bit of land , only 3 neighbours ( who i dont speek to ) lol, and i think im here till the cart me off

How exactly does the wheel fix to the hub? Do you need a modification doing to the hub? Ie, that silver shaft? Has that got a thread on it etc?

Does look awesome though.

The Centre lock hub is bolted like a wheel to the main hub, then its just a case of sliding the wheel over the shaft and doing up

Ah, I see what you mean. So it obviously spaces the wheel out a bit as well then?
