My girlfriend and I, sold her car last week. The woman that bought it, has phoned back today saying there's a fault, and it keeps cutting out. In the 7 months we had it, we only had to change the brakes. She's complaining and wants her money back, or for us to fix it. I've tried our local C.A.B. but they're shut. Neither of us are in the motor trade, the car was bought for cash, and on the receipt we put "sold as seen and not warrented". Any light someone could shed on the legality of our position would be greatly appreciated.

once you write "SOLD AS SEEN" on the receipt thats what it means, she's got no come back's just tell her to fuck off next time she call's
