Just came back from 2 week holiday and i've now got a lovely bubble of rust next to the sunroof and another 2 new bubbles other places
Now i'm pretty skint just now so can't afford much expense. So, what's the best way for me to prevent it getting bigger and bigger?
Cheers

I've been kidding myself on for some time now, my 3rd mot is due next month and again there's about £300 - £400 worth of welding needed underneath, a new bonnet (rust), a new wing (rust), the fuel pump bracket has rusted away and is held on with cable ties, needs new brakes, 3 shockies and 3 tyres
I love this car to bits but i think i may have to call it a day![Sad](https://passionford.com/forum/images/smilies/icon_sad.gif)
But what can i possibly replace it with for the money i'll get?

I think it would just get worse and worse, it really is a money pit. It's a shame the shell lets it down because mechanically it's sound, but no value in breaking it as it's only standard
I also need a car for work every day

TBH chris i'm not really in the car business so don't really know much about re-shelling etc.
Wouldn't a £50 shell be a piece of shit?
