Anyone ever heard of AFK , its meant to mean Away From Computer


So why isnt it AFC

Thats what it means It is used a lot on online games like counterstrike etc when a player makes a cup a tea or goes for a dump,so the server does not kick them.

w00t stems back to when i used to play Quake 2 online (over dialup..on a very early pentium )

It used to mean "we owned other team" back then. Now it just seems to be an expression of excitement
