The mother of all sandwiches would contain the following;
Bread based platform, such as the above
a whole pack of wafer thin ham
a whole pack of wafer thin chicken
a whole pack of wafer thin pastrami
a whole block of full fat smoked cheese
lettuce
cucumber
tomato (optional)
pickle (as in gherkin)
mayo
mustard
Now THATS a sandwich

In the old days...

Now
A healthy option, a bed of letuce, Tuna mayo, Prawns, Egg mayo, Tomato's, Cucumber, Sliced onion... Yum yum
