It aint that simple lol .....you will get shitty customers........doing handovers at 8pm at night cos a customer will be runnin late........service managers moaing at ya.......your work colleague sharking customers off ya.....

Working in team environment you will be responsible for providing a pro-active service to customers scheduling their vehicles in for a service, maintenance or repair work and arranging where necessary a courtesy vehicle. You will be greeting customers in to the service department, extensive liaison with the workshop to chase work in progress, and keeping customers informed, and gaining authorisation for any additional work to be carried out. You will take ownership of customer queries and resolve all issues through to your customer’s satisfaction.

Most of the parts jobs ive seen require prior experiance of which i have none of parts LOL

A Parts job in watford would suit me more though as its alot closer to home

The job Ive been put forward for is in Kingsbury at the main Renault Dealers there.
