quick leda remote canister question! help!

Default quick leda remote canister question! help!
can i undo the hose from the canister without losing all the pressure?! IE is there some sort of shut of valve that will close when i undo the hose?!

need to know sharpish as trying to mount the fuckers and cant do anything else til i can sort this
