Default SPRING RATES.

How do you work out the best springs to use?

I'm on AVOs at the moment, and the car is too hard, possible because of the rosejoints too, now I've seen tweeks etc sell different springs with different lb'age ratings etc.

How do you work out what's best for your spec?

Sorry for the numpty question, cheers.

P.S What i'd really like is something like the ring spec stuff Rainbird sells, but obviously for a fiesta!

Something for occassional track use, and road use.. Take the car on any bumpy country roads near by and it gets a right old handful.

If you were the original purchaser of the shocks then AVO will exchange them once for free.
