you may want to add exhaust to your list as well!

 

iv done this and if ya use the 2.0l ya need to change the fly wheel sump sump pick up pipe i used a engine mount off a mk4 escort and nipped the corner off it so it fits as for the loom i couldnt make it work so i put a dta on it

oh and as above as the sump goes the other way to the 2.0l so need new manifold

 

do you use the1.8 sump pickup and flywhhel then?

 

by exhaust i meant how to mate the zetec down pipe to the mk4 system

me and my mate done a couple zetec conversions pretty simple we found the 1.8 better [cheaper] you can use some early engine loom ecu [none key code] have run a 2i with standard loom ecu just a few simple mods were needed. good luck
