Quality site, I use this on a regular basis.
Its good to compare the property rise in an area over a period of time.
Type in Ribble Road Fleetwood and look at the profit that has been made there...

or just use www.192.com and put your postcode in to find otu how the prices have risen in the past few years
6 years put £100k onto the vaule of our house and in the last 2 years it's gone up by nearly £80k

jesus one in my mums cul de sac was brought for £35000 in 2002 and sold in 2006 for £146000

Funny thing is the property im looking at is worth £475k and the bloke selling it claims he had paid near enough £450k ( hence would like to check for myself ) for it less then a year ago.
For some strange reason he wants to sell it to me for allot less then he has paid.
