I have always wanted to be a lorry driver since I was a kid, I had hundreds of model lorries all over my house and always took one in the car with me, I don't think I would be able to drive one now as I can't do any heavy lifting or stand for long. What do you think mate?

Cheers, Benni.
if you find the right company( i have )there is no heavy lifting( how heavy can a box of crisps be?) as for standing, the worst part of the job is having to sit at a distribution centre and watch dvds in the cab and get paid a good wage.
try phoning a local training company for an assesment. they usually give you a taster session to see if it suits you before wasting a fortune.
go for it

My back aint the best, so going for my Class 1, already got the 2 as Stu found outside his work 1 dinner
I would say most Class 1 jobs involve zero graft

I have used these in Manchester for my 1 and 2

That Enterprise have a couple of decent offers on at the moment for doing your 2 then 1, worth giving em a ring and get an idea of how much and how long it will take.

The Audi I was shoved into...

And the Astra that ran into the back of my van!!

to be fair, for the damage on the vauxhall and the audi, the transits heald up fucking well, only looks like some minor damage on the transit, the other cars are well fucked

The van has sustained a bit more damage than the photos show which unfortunately may write the van off. Despite it being fully loaded with almost every extra available for the Transit, it's booked at around 12k. The chassis at the back has a slight kink in it on both sides. The insurance assessor recons they can probably just about repair it if I want it back, which I do. It has caused the rear arches to flair out slightly. This also means it's done the floor too. It drove back exactly the same as it did before the accident.

Do you work at the menzies place near the meadowhall? If so,are all those vans of varying age/condition parked outside during the day privately owned?
