My bro is going to move into his house at uni soon and anywhere in the house he gets zero network coverage with orange, yet people on other networks are fine. His mobile is his only way to contact friends, family etc etc so how does he cancel his contract as he NEEDS his phone? Quote some something like "orange are not providing the service hes paying for" Hes about 12months into an 18month contract if that helps!

He will have to buy himself out of the 18 month contact, unless orange can find any faults with the service.

Tell him to contact Cust Services and try the 'i cant get service in my new house' etc Its worth a try.

go mental about the network coverage issue.

IF they say he HAS to pay out the contract, tell him to downgrade his package to the lowest possible talk plan and then pay off the remaining months.

should save him a few quid.

ive heard of business customers getting absolutely nothing from a network, but then a customer on a piddly 20 pound per month tarriff getting the world.

depends who you get through to, and the time of the month etc (sales figures etc)
