was talking to a guy in malta about cars ( for 3 days as he was the barman and he was looking after me on drinks too )

anyway one of out MANY conversations was about in malta there is 2 big power skylines, ones blue and the other is yellow and they are both megga megga fast

the yellow one he belives is the super lemon ( making me think it might be deanos old one) its still on british plates due to import duty aswell but its a malta car now if that makes sence

anyone know where hes went to or whos got it these days

Err, its still in the UK, Mick Begley has owned it for years, and its been better known than ever since Deano sold it, and did 9second quarters and over 200mph at TOTB this year

I posted up at least 1 video of it the other week actually.

MUCH faster and bigger spec car than when Deano had it, infact I forgot he did!

So no, deffo not in Malta.

The Hyper Lemon was a non road legal car they used for pure drag use as well as Bonneville salt flats top speed runs.
IIRC that car is still in Japan, not so mental looking, and not very well known.

The famous one is the Super Lemon, was built as a show car for Tokyo Auto Salon, allegedly had 1000bhp (seemed to have the spec for it, same engine as the Hyper supposedly, certainly was the same from the outside, but who knows), allegedly ran 10.1 quarters in Japan (1000bhp plus fairly ordinary transmission, guess thats likely), tho I dont think either was proven.

Some computer games guy from Scotland bought it and had it for years, ran a few mid 10s, etc etc.
Then I "think" Deano had it.
Then, unless there was an owner in between, Mick Begley bought it, and he has spent a fortune on it, changing and upgrading the spec loads of times, and now its faster than ever, and nowhere near the claimed 1000bhp it was meant to be years ago.
