Here's mine, and don't laugh you bastards Its my daily driver obviously, but its quick enough and handles well enough to be fun. I've done 5 track days in it so far but I won't be doing any more as the law of averages will catch up with me.

A pug is a great track car as it handles really well and you don't have to spend bucket loads on the car to make it quick.
Mine should be running nearly 200bhp once it's set up properly after the engine rebuild it's just had. In a car that doesn't weigh a great deal, believe me it's deceivingly quick. The role cage gives the shell loads of stability to which makes the handling on the car awesome and it has decent suspension on it too.
I did my racing licence down at Brands and I had to drive a renault megane sport which I hated on track purely because it felt too comfortable and I didn't feel as safe as I did in my pug with my role cage and harness etc
I guess in a few years time I might want something 'faster' but for now it's good enough for me, I suppose it's up to personal opinion whether you like smaller or bigger cars. I don't necessarily think that smaller cars are any easier to learn in, all down to what you prefer
