honestly , she visited a couple of places , split up with her husband , raised 2 kids . Hardly saint-hood material is it ?

cant fault her for good causes though, anyone that gives up time for those less fortunate or in a downright desperate situation is a saint in that respect.

Tbh I couldnt give a fuck about her.

She did do some great charity work but I think she was very manipulative of the public as well. I personally thought she was very false in that respect but I suppose she did get a bit shafted marrying that old duffer at only 19!

i remember she used to torn to shreds by the national papers for all her stage managed puppy dog eyed expressions of concern for a number of 'good causes' to make her look like she cared. then she had her unfortunate accident and the nation turned into a population of professional mourners all trying to act more saddenend with grief than the next man.it was sad fair enough but the exteremes people went to for someone theyed never met was embarrassing.

I'm getting seriously pissed off with this fuss about her. Still remember coming in from a club the night/morning it happened and at about 9-10am, my mum poking her head round my door saying "The bitch only went and died" lol

End of the day Diana was nothing special and yet shes all over the papers and the news 10 years on! She did some work for charity wow, yippie do...
Elvis got 30mins of tv for the 30th aniversary of his Death, Elvis was far bigger and did so much more for charitys than Diana ever did FFS.

The amount of "expenses" as well as being paid for doing "work" for these charities, is scandalous.
iirc, i read in 2000 that the royals spend £900 million a year of taxpayers money per year.
Never mind the other £600 million they make from land they own etc...
