Default virus doing my nut in

ok got this virus suddenly pop up on my computer saying windows security alert and i should download anti spyware programs. i also get adverts for U defender and everythings running slow. i have scanned with avg free edition, spyware doctor, spybot search and destroy. i also have windows defender, ntl netguard so cant see how the hell its got past em. and they seem to find it but dont remove it when i fix the problem.

please help!!!!

Thats good ive used it before, and it doesnt charge you to remove any problems either
