Default Undersealing? larger vehicles

I want/need to underseal my TX1 taxi (about the same size as a short wheelbase transit).

Its a ladder chassis with the body on top. What does everyone use? i have NOT got a compressor but wanted to spray if possible (take weeks with a 1" brush!!)

Any help guys!?

Cheers

tbh if you use black hammerite with a big brush it shouldn't take too long...it goes on nice and thick so doesn't need loads of coats

LOL, only 250k? mines on 400k now and has only had very little welding!.

The Derby test is very strict so wanted to keep on top of it. 1 day undersealing better than weeks welding!

Put the waxoil on with a garden plant sprayer. You have 2 choices, you can thin it down with white spirit or as I do and stand it in boiling water so it's sprays on easier.

Yeah works fine, I used to do whole truck loads of plant equipment that were going to sites that were spraying paint or fire retardant as it will just wash off when it comes back.
