Default Big up to Doug Stirling

For letting me have a drive of his escort cosworth last night.

What a fantastic engine that is, its real credit to Doug with the choices he has made and of course to all the people like Karl and Martin who have put it all together for him.

Very cool car indeed

Thanks for letting me have the chance to take it out

I must say a big thanks to Doug aswell, bought some of his new parts off him for my Saph, parts arrived this morning and I only sent the cheque off friday!

Excellent service and a pleasure to deal with!

Thanks Chip.

I like other people to drive the Es Cos from time to time so as to get some feedback about how it go's and feels on the road.

What is the final spec Doug?. I know you had a fair bit of work done between Karl and Brom, but didn't know Martin also had a hand in it.......

From memory it should be up there or close to Yum, is that correct?

It would have come with P8...but i imagine it broke, then Karl told him they were shit and he got hold of a L8...and then a few more and a few more maybe?

After Doug filled me in, that's true ish.

All Escorts were P8 until they went to the dodgy Ford thing on the small turbo.

IIRC it was P8, then S8, then when Simon never delivered the goods with the transient fuelling fix for S8 it went to L8, presumabley as Karl likes mapping them.
