finally got the pc rigged up in the bedroom so can again play
you need to buy bf1942 delux pack then download desetcombat mod as beleive it or not the mod was way better than the actual ea effort the makers of this now work for ea
(battlefeild 2) battlefeild veitnam is ok but old vehicals=slow old weapons=not as deadly firepower buy the game download the mod and then cry for your mum when i own you yehaw sceen name {MERCS}-assassinut2004 i have it but dont play it much i,ll have to get on it but stu i can remeber when we played befor on my old spec machine lol just bought joint operations typhoon riseing still doin the training and is looking the bollox went on a server for a piss about 140 players ans was rapid as
stu change your spec ever so slightly why go for second best in the gfx separtment the x800xt platinum is the daddy the pro is slower lol i got the xt platinum ching ching
i got audiogy 2 platinum sound 200 gigs of space 1 gig soon to be 2 of 400 ram p4 3.6 tdk dvdr + and _ running dvi through gold cableing with ceramic plugs logitec full wireless gameing mouse joystick and apple clear usb keyboard veiwing through hp2025 20" widescreen high resolution tft about to upgrade mobo to pcixpress and maybe amd 64 chip with costom cooled case in granite black with blue temp ect readouts on front

I would have to look at the setup files for the server install, but I doubt it is very difficult. I did the Live For Speed set-up in about 15mins on our Scoobynet servers.

Well, after THREE fookin hours, ive finally managed to get Far Cry to LOAD 
Fookin DVD copy protection has driven me fooking nuts and im properly pissed off that as a legitimate consumer who spends his hard earned on their game, ive had to research, find and download a NODVD crack just to play my original and legitimate Ł30 Game, and when i finally get it to load 3hrs later its slow and jerky on my current PC
Installing Doom 3 now... fook i hope its better

Whilst im messin with this machine:
All gamers need at least these files installed for decent performance:
NVidea's latest driver IF you have a Nvidea chipset Gfx card.

Direct x 9C is now released so try it at your own risk... http://www.microsoft.com/windows/Directx/
Most games are currently shipped with 9B and compatability with drivers is not yet 100% so check up on it FIRST eh?
I Reccomend EVERYONE either performs a manual backup or restore point before installing any of the above software

I slipped FarCry into high graphics mode to see what its like and i am actually STUNNED!! 
This takes graphics to a level unreal can unfortunately only dream of!!
However.. at this level my 1.7ghz P4 with 256mb Nvidea 5600 card and 640Mb of PC133 SDram cant muster more than 5FPS
Hurry along Pet... ive got the perfect test for this PC now

Ah I see. I think the slight points advantage in Sysmark (2-4%) for Intel doesn't make up the gaming performance from AMD though. I think overall AMD is much more balanced in the midrange, which is what you are getting.
