Happily retired
Also a 100bhp shot will give you the same in Torque. This the first positive post ive seen on Nitrous on this Forum. I have used it a long time & it was always called cheating .
The set up I use aint for everyone but is the ultimate for a road car its progressive controlled, direct port & 'pushed' by Nitrogen at 100bar, controlled by my Autronics ecu so throttle % can be changed & it can be switched off before the rev limiter.
With pressure set at 935psi it will maintain that for as long as the throttle is open with no pressure drop, the word jaw-dropping is the only way to discribe a 200 shot.

Anyone who thinks its cheating can lick my balls
Its not even remotely cheating, but its far less "cheating" (in the way it doesnt affect the road useability at that spec) than race fuel or slicks, and a lot of people dont bat an eyelid at either of them.
Im using it as im poor and trying to build the best performing and well build car, for the least amount of cash.
And im building it for me and nobody else, so dont care what folk think.
And its main use is in something thats 99% driver skill so nobody ever cries "cheat" due to any mods really barring mega expensive tyres- cant cheat being able to drive! (i wish you could, thats where im lacking )

No, my Chaser will be about 500-550, maybe 600, it will keep increasing until I beat my mate BonBon in a race down the M40 in his 500bhp+ Chaser
It will "only" have about 400bhp when it comes over
The turbo can do over 700 tho if i boosted the shit outa it, something I cant on a stock engine.

im thinking i may go this route myself.if the car already has a reasonably well built engine in it makes sense to grab a few more ponies from NOS rather than spending more on rebuilding again.
STAVROS....you car will be mental anyway,it can only get better with th gas on. and ive never known a drifter to get so excited about beating another drifter in a straight line!

He had 180odd on the way up the M6 on way to Scotland the other week, its not shy
Not the subtlest cars for street racing in though, I must admit, 2 massive 4door Toyota Chasers, one bright orange and 1 metalflake purple

Chip--
Ive already got the turbo and stuff before the cars even landed, and did more to the S13 in a year than most people do in a lifetime, id call that a do-er
And im not doing fuck all to this myself this time which solves my usual "id rather be shagging" problems, paying folk to do it.
Chequebook tuning all the way baby!
Neil--
No way, staying that colour, but different colour different wheels, non-body colour rollcage, and badical graphics once thats all sorted, so will look even harder.

Chip- 1st pic is prob 4th if he changes down there, but in the 2nd pic of BonBons thats actually in 5th gear coming down the dip at Knockhill
Neil- Its not got tints, just the pic makes it seem like it. And the wheels are bloody expensive 9x17s! They do look wank tho, so they going. For some cheaper but more expensive looking (and wider!) wheels
Heres you go, can see no its got no tints in these pics...

Very good post indeed, just a quick question chip, what are your thoughts on the Maximizer 2 controller by NX? The adaptability looks very good and precise but wondered if it was way too overkill for a non-drag car.

Well I say that, but can do 3rd gear stuff (not great stuff, but 3rd gear speed) on the road in my shitbox S12 and my shitbox silvia, and id still class myself as shite, and obv on a track its easier.
I dont do "ok" and if I didnt plan to practice enough till I am EDC quality I wouldnt bother at all.
It just takes seat time, and lots of it. And bottle/stupidity.

thats fucking expensive , so you are talking Ł6 per Lb, whats the average size bottle? ,11Lbs?
Ł66 for a bottle, how long will that last on a YB running 100 shot?
Is that price direct from someone like BOC or is that "tuner" price?

Unless you want medical grade stuff that doesn't have the sulphur in... but then you have to be a hospital or dentist before they will sell you that.
Lind used to sell it in big bottles but i have a funny feeling they were bought out by BOC recently so that may stop as well.
