Default Quick question-rocker cover

For a 2.0 pinto, im gonna be taking this off to paint.
Do i need HIGH TEMP PAINT to paint the rocker cover, or will normal paint do, im hoping to have it body coloured and i doubt they do high temp paint in my colour.

I know ill have to replace the rocker cover gaskets as i do it, will doing any of this affect the workings of the engine/spraybar?
last car i had i just took it off, had a mooch, put it back on again.

Ta

the std air filter had a little tiny pipe going into it, just slightly bigger than my thumb, then on the inside of the panel filter box there were partitions in it, and looking at the air filter only a 2"x2" square of the filter was actually being used to filtrate air coming through!
so i ripped that bit out until i get a propper K&N that sits on the top of the carb.
sounds 100% nicer and runs quite a bit better 2!
