I've got spax adjustables on my rs1800 which are set to rock hard! and they've seized up so my ride is extremely bumpy!! and i've had enough now, i'm gonna get done for shaking baby syndrome if i dont sort it, my poor daughters being chucked about left right and centre and i'm sure my backs gonna break soon pmsl.

what can i do? the screw thing will not move at all so i cant adjust it. is it a case of new ones or have you lot got any ideas to help me?
