Well tach's 3i has looked a bit sorry for itself for a while now, and seeing as i had 3L of cossie moonstone blue lying about and she had been nagging about changing the colour i thought id do it (to shut her up )



Hasnt helped that i chose this week off and ended up with flu and tonsilitus But decided to get it done anyway or i never would



Its far from mint and was just a tart up but doesnt look too bad, spec as ive been off the guns prepping for bout 12months now

Did a bit of prep at home then a mates dad let me use an old booth of his has he has 2 new ones now and well heres what it looks like now

Few bits to sort still, the bumpers were shit so just sprayed over them but got some diff ones to go on when i get round to repairing them, plus at some point an RST conversion wouldnt got a miss, if shes lucky Its got half a white interior in it aswell now just gotta finish the rest when we get time, and another white hood as hers is fooked hence its down

Might be out and about a bit more when the cossies done, as far as my painting goes u aint seen it up close yet

Far from mint and loads of bits wrong from it being a rush job for the weekend but still looks ok

Should have a nice set of diamond cut cossie lattice wheels to go on just to finish it off soon too so

Dont blame u mate, aint getting into crash repair as is fookin shite, still at McLaren and its pretty easy work really but have been prepping about 12months now and getting bored with it

TONY thanks so much babes it is really appreciated i know u were really poorly i did try to help where i could. all be it i cant mask up for s**t but hey its not my profession.

still got the white leather buckets and the rest of the interior to go in but it does look lovely...

went to a campin thing with the colt owners club and parked the car up and to my horror some bloke was letting his kids climb all over it, litterally one had stood on my wheel arch and was laying across the bonnet wearing jeans errrr new laquer and zips dont mix.... i walked up to them and asked if there was a problem he didnt even tell the kids to get off and replied the kids like the soft top.....

i was fuming but bit my tongue and replied yeah its nice but i also like my 24hour old paint job and would appreciate you telling your kids to get away from my car... i also reminded him that a spray job can cost a grand plus and if theres any scratches on the car he'll be paying for a new one, and if he was unable to go to the bank and get it id be calling the police and doing him for criminal damage..

some people have no respect.
