Default fitting a roll cage.

Whats the best way to bolt it in. Bolt straight through body???

You need reinforcing patches welded on where it mounts through the body.

As tabetha says

All bolt in cages should have a plate welded to the floor / chassis that the cage leg bolts through.

This should have a minimum of 3 M8 bolts per plate to attatch it to the car at each point.
