Normally around 200 i'd say, but that doesn't mean a 200 mile drive down the motorway

Pads 1/4 of a lap of a typical track circuit.

Few hard stops from 80 to 10mph to get them upto temp, burn some gasses off and away you go

I always leave it a couple of hundred miles when ive had new discs. With new pads, 20 miles or so.

Depends if you've replaced Disks & Pads together as i've always found that takes longer than just pads. Pads on there own seem to be bedded in after a few hard stops or 100 miles normal driving.

I usually jump on them from about a ton a couple of times
Once they cool down and the massive fade (and smoke goes) they work a treat
