I remember that car. It was the cover car the same issues as my RST was featured. I think it has quite big power...? The guy who owned it at the time owned a garage did he not?

I remember going to look at a standard 4x4 in Derby once....

It had all the reciepts for the bits and bobs done to it in the history - that had been subsiquently removed so it could be put back to "standard"

G.B Turbo Solutions
glad you agree

also my opinion is that unless im tucking a cossie away to appreciate 166k would not put me off buying that

mileage dont put me off a cosworth, as a lot if not most cosworths have either had a rebuild or many new parts fitted for example new suspension, brake components amongst other bits and pieces

my saf had 180k and was still a bullit

if i had the money i would

if price reflects this should be a good buy, spend 1k refreshing some bits or getting them checked over or just wait till it goes bang and the money you saved will go towards a rebuild

Not really, as the pictures are clearly taken at different times, one of the plates could be a private plate (probably the K1)

This car used to run a 500 BHP engine and was seen doing sprints at brighton ( Maybe wrong on ,location ) but a mates got it on film somewhere.

Been abused, then obvious another engine been put in....... So how can the miles be accurate?

Does look well tho

Got to agree with you there mate, car looks fooking mint in that pic !!

Dont think i would be put off by the mileage as im sure you will be able to tell by driving it and having a right good look over it if it has been looked after or not, a bit of savvy and common sense will let you know if its worth touching or not!

Must be looking to get well under 10k before he's thinking about breaking it if it doesn't sell, how much would one like this break for anyway ??

from what i can remember of that feature the car was returned to bare metal for a full overhaul, so combined with this and a new engine and no doubt all uprated suspension and transmission, the only part showing the signs of 166k would be the interior, but that looks mint more like 6k on it.
if i was lee from kent i would have used his magic info to knock down the price and get an absolute bargin

Looking at the username snsbrighton its gotta be them selling it, with the engine swaps original to julian godfrey to what ever is in it now and a bare metal respray the millage means jack and would judge the car as it presently stands. Its a Ł10k max car IMO and the engine has saph parts

this car was up for sale a not so long ago as a classified ad from a trader so i would of thought if the current owner bought it off ebay he would have been left feedback for it? But if it was a dealer selling it then he may not of bought it off ebay!! if that makes sense, it just seems odd that safe and sound owned it when it had 500 bhp in 06 and a seller by the name of snsbrighton07 is selling it now claiming they didnt know the mileage????
I dont know the whole thing is a bit confusing for my likeing
