Newbie!
Hi everyone!
Just thought I'd take the time to introduce myself as I just signed up today!
I own a Ford Focus RS (got her on Sat 21st July) and before that I used to have a heavily modified Vauxhall Corsa with a C20XE in and a Fiesta xr2i.... After owning my corsa for nearly eight years however I eventually decided it was time for a change- sold her about a month ago and got the RS Focus
Few pics of my Focus can be found here if anyone's interested: http://www.corsasport.co.uk/owners/Jill
Looking forward to coming to a few of the meets/shows in the future
JILL

you will find the mentality on here is slightly more normal than that of Corsasport, less of the childish teenager behaviour.... well sometimes
but thats only cos were all cracking on a bit and can afford to insure Cosworths etc

As said above, well done on getting a real car, i bet it makes the little corsa's seem like a childs play thing in comparison to your RS

Yeah loving the RS- had driven a few a couple of years ago and fell in love with them. Always had it in the back of my mind that would be my next car when I sold the corsa, even though saying that I was actually looking at two other car makes as well before I got my RS. And when I found my RS, the garage I bought it from had about SIX cosworths as well- three of which I wanted to take home as well LOL.... Think I made a good decision tho

I test drove the new VXR Corsa when it came out in March and it was a fantastic drive but that's it IMHO. It looks ok I guess and the interior is ok-ish. But there are bits on it I would just want to change exterior/interior/engine-wise and would just end up back to square one again and didn't want that Then of course there's the VXR Astra but again too much to change even though they are good fun to drive, just not for me. The RS was just right- looks good as standard IMO (even though ST xenon headlights and colour coded door handles wouldn't go a miss ) and the iterior is great just the way it is. And obviously the drive is great
Sounds like I'm trying to sell it to ya now doesn't it?! hehe.

PassionFord Post Whore!!
i'd defo swap my cossie in for a focus anyday of the week
all the respect and perks of an RS, without all the hassles of it being an old obsolete car
if funds would allow, i'd be driving one right now
(saying that i do love my saff )
