Super Nintendo question
Broke out the old SNES this weekend and been playing on Zelda.
When I save it, it saves, but when I turn off the console and come back to play on it their is no record of the saved game.
Am I right in thinking its the console at fault not the game

Its not the consoles fault.
SNES games back up their data using a battery in the game cartridge.
The battery is probably flat. (a button cell).
I had Super Mario World with the same problem.
Changed the battery and it was fine.
You will need asoldering iron to do it though
