That 5th gear is no good whatsoever even a 650+ Cossie cant pull it.
It will give you a theortical Topspeed past 214mph @ 7500rpm on 215/40/17
You can get a .83 5th gear for a TKO so I expect its available for the 3550 thats is within 3% of a T5 .

Below will give you the speeds @ 7500 on 215/40/17 using 3.64 diff

!st 45mph
2nd 74mph
3rd 109mph
4th 146mph
5th .68 214mph
5th .83 176mph

You could but it would be crap too big a gap between 4th & 5th. Shown below. Can you imagine changing into 5th at 136 & dropping off the end of the world .

!st 42mph
2nd 69mph
3rd 102mph
4th 136mph
5th .68 200mph

hi mate

1st gear is a bit short

2nd is ok

3rd is ok

4th is ok

5th is to low that a pure cruse gear

if you do go to a 3.9 1st gear will be even shorter not only that you will still struggle to pull the 5th gear

if you can go for ratios like 2.95 /2.97/3.00 for a 1st gear

2.10/2.07/2.00/1.94 for 2nd

1.50/1.45/1.4/1.35 for 3rd

1.1 for 4th

0.85/0.83/0.80 /0.77 for 5th dont really go much lower on 5th any of these ratios will be ok in a road car with the 3.64 or 3.62 diff
