Default are all cosworth ecu casings the same?

i have had an ecu holder made but my ecu wont fit in it

i have a p8 ecu and the pressed out pattern on the metal casing is causing it to jam halfway in the holder so did the l8/l6 ecu's also ave the pattern or just plain casings as thats what i need to make it fit or il have to just make new sides from alloy sheet but that wont be as nice fitting as original on the edges

heres the pattern on the p8 ecu im on about thats causing it to be tight

any othe casing options

It is only thin aluminium, put it on a flat bit of metal like a vice square and hammer it out very easily.
I have just done a chip change in mine and could swear it was flat(L6), maybe just getting old!
