Gents help please
ive got my cossie on konis, 25mm lowered, can you tell me what is the adjustment ? is it in ride height or is it in compression and damping ? if so whats the best ratio of firmness for front and rear ?
can I just screw them so there as hard as poss all round ?

If you just turn it until it stops then count the turns the other way untilit stops you got it.
Set it half way, go out for a run, see what its like, see if you want it stiffer (ooo errr missus) or softer.
I had mine about half way on my cabbie, felt sweet
