Roof bars on an Escos How do they come off?

Roof bars on an Escos How do they come off?
The short runner that sit in the roof about the same length as the quater window.
Have you ever taken these off? are they bolted from inside or not?
ive heard there bonded on?
Can anyone help as ive dropped the headliningand it doesnt seem to be as aparant as i was hoping.
