Im a listener to james whales on the radio and he gets so wound up by all this global warming crap. and i think rightly so.

As said there is no proof its ourselves that are doing the damage. Many experts agree its more than likely that it is natural phenomenom. Britiain has been under ice and jungle over time so it seems perfectly nautaral that things will change.

our goverment and business have seen this scare mongering as a way to get some extra money which is totally ridiculous. Were not a big country and the chances we would make would/do make a miniscule difference with china and the usa doing as they please.

all a load of nonsense.

IMO, if it is so true that we are fooking up the plant so much with polution etc, then im dam sure they would be doing something more about it. For fuck sake, they can put man on the moon, but cant use sea water for tap water And im sure they can come up with some sort of different power stations etc. Plus cant they use oil seed rape for fuel for diesels, you can use cookig oil, so surely they could use this instead of petrol/diesel etc.

Also the US has one of te most powerful goverments, so if they wanted to sort it out, im sure they would be anough countrys willing to join together to sort it.

Its all about money this world, and not about trying to sort it out, and until that changes nothing will ever be done properly, only use working people will be paying for the changes in extra taxes etc.

As for flooding... this is partly down to extensive building on the floor plains of rivers, which local councils should prevent greedy developers doing, but they dont.

Along with poor maintenance of storm drains etc and poor river maintenance.

When I was a kid back in the 70's the council came round at least 6 times a year and pumped out the shite from the drains in the street to ensure they flowed freely.

You never see that happening now.

Because the weather has been so good for so long and rainfall has been dropping the councils have been able to save money on regular maintenance, in the same way that the warmer winters have saved on the road gritting budget.... but there comes a time after these budgets have been cut year on year when all of a sudden it bites back.

And its biting back at the moment.

MONEY

as we are guilty of speeding up this process but the sun its getting wrmer and bigger, the earth is going closer! then ist getting hot

but a couple mounts ago every news paper and "expert" did say its gone be allot hot summers and colder winters

and before that they did say its gone be warmer winters and more rain!

and before that it was gone be colder summers and warmer winters

what is it then?

as it seems the prim minister here, want to save the hole world!!
from this crise
as they talked abut it
as the world was going under tomorrow!!
as its been warmer and colder in the summers and the winters in Norway for 500-300-100 years ago

yes what about the ice time, why did everything suddenly freeze?
was its global warming again?

yes it did melt

but then, it did fucking freeze again!!

Global warming politics (mainly cars):

1. They want to get the fuel up to around 18nok pr liter (around 1.5£) and we are a oil nation
as they want all the people to take more buses, trains, subways and so on

then some problems the politics havent looked at all

every one in this country dont work 08.00-16.00
everyone dont lives in the big city's/towns

from where i live it takes me around 50 minutes to get to downtown Oslo with bus
or around 40 minutes with bus and train
or 40 minutes with the subway that i have to walk 15-20 minutes to( or then again take the bus)

1 buss ticket cost 3.6£ 1 way
1 buss ticket + 1 train ticket cost me 2£ + 3.3£ 1 way
or the subway with bus 2£ + 3.4£ (1 way)

Car cost me to oslo 1.6£ in road taxes in a "checkpoint" + fuel 1£
and ou say, what about parking?
all the big malls that i would go has free parking

and with the car i use 15-20min from my door step!!
and i dont have any worries about timeas i have with buses and so on

then we have the fantastic new biofuel
in Norway its 2 or 3 pumps with this

then a car with bio fuel is more expensive to buy and own than a car with normal fuel.

All the car taxes put together is 18 billions Norwegian kroner every year to the government, thats enough to buy co2 to the industry, air traffic and cars all together

i could go on with this forever!!
as all the clowns in Norway work for the government
