has anyone had any problems with there tom tom mines been away three times for repair and there customer support are right useless cunts they dont have a clue whats going on

 

Nope, not had any problems at all with mine.

 

not had any serious probs, though have to reset it every now and then as it wont fire up.

Had a problem to it back complained got a refund
and two months later got sent it back to me

But also heard their customer service is pretty bad.

 

i had a problem with mine, basically fried it, lots of smoke and smells
sent it back and got a replacement, cant knock em personally

 

bad the third time i sent it back was told to phone ups to collect it to go to glenrothes fife so i handed it into ups to deliver it a couple of hours later i get another email from tom tom customer support telling me to phone dhl to pick it up to send to the netherlands
