as far as i'm concerned an attack like this on british soil is blantant treason and an attack on the crown and anyone involved should be treated as a traitor and the full force of the relivant law should be used. What makes you think that they will co-operate with the authoritys ? I havnt read the whole thread but they had to put him out for many reasons, the main one being to get information out of him for a start. I would have thought it would be a natural instinct to put someone out that was on fire anyway. Also, he probably wanted to die, so why give him what he wants? His life wont be worth living as a terrorist in prison anyway. Much more of a punishment then death in my opinion. Not to mention the pain he'll be in now with 90% burns.

Having said that, i wonder what sentance he'll get? Not sure if he'll ever be released but if he is it will be an absolute joke.
