PUK Codes
Don't know why, but my phone is asking for my PUK code, and the O2 website doesn't recognise my number (It's through an airtime reseller, who only offer support in office hours).
Is the PUK code a formula, or the first 8 digits of the SIM card number or anything?

If you suspect that your handset has become blocked, you may need a PUK Code. PUK stands for Personal Unblocking Key. If you have entered your PIN code incorrectly 3 times your sim card will be blocked and you will be unable to make and receive calls/texts.

That's the page that doesn't recognise my number, which is strange as the new phone arrived yesterday!
And yes, I may have been "exploring" the new capabilities!!!
But it only asked for the PIN once before going off on one. And I'm SURE I put the right PIN in
