bahahahahahaha that monstrosity is based near me somewhere, see it quite often round here, and as you say, it's always some old bloke driving it, so I really don't know what the story is behind it, I pray to god it's a piss take, but it's been like that for a good while now.

LOL just saw the thread was started in 2007! I can confirm that thing is still on the roads round here, can't remember exactly the last time i saw it but was only a matter of months ago.
