Testing the future
sorry for the delay in answering your question phil - like you, i prefer some motion blur in a photo. preferably with the camera tracking the car so that you get background blur but a sharp car (with blurred wheels) - bit tricky to get right everytime though.
i can assure you that the silver elise was moving - you don't get the arse out on them around the sachs curve at hockenheim unless you're trying

Paul, had a play in photoshop with that picture of you
This:
To This:
The lap I caught you on had some terrible lighting with massive shadows on the facing side of the car (basically I was on the wrong side of the track )

Phil, that is the absolute nuts, I know what you mean about the shadow.
Also, the trouble with the pacifica blue is it can look dull very quickly once it starts to pick up dust and dirt.

i that myself taking Damien to croft, driving it there and going on the track incase it broke (which it did PMSL, sideways onto start/finish straight fuel was low and car cut out, went to start it and nothing happened..... after hours of head scratching turned out the starter had packed up ) nicked me mates RST starter and off i went on track again!

Jammy git getting out with Gareth!!! I would have asked but he fried his brakes
Just a note that i've added the pictures form the Saturday AM race to my website, the other will be there soon (well I say that but i've ran out of webspace )

On the plus side it's had 10,000 hits in a month and I haven't even advertised it!! And there's not a huge amount on there (yet!)
Big plans though

Yes, unfortunately the brake pads got fried - but it was a MEGA lap, and towards the end of the weekend anyway Pads were totally gone, but still managed to drive all the way back home (550 miles) - only needed the brakes about 10 times in total
